Dr. Andrews is a retired orthopedic surgeon and co-founder of Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center and the American Sports Medicine Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to injury prevention, education, and research. He is also a founding partner and former medical director of the Andrews Institute and serves as president and chairman of the Andrews Research & Education Foundation. Throughout his career, Dr. Andrews has provided orthopedic care and leadership for collegiate and professional sports organizations, including Auburn University, The University of Alabama, USA Baseball, Little League International Baseball, Inc., the Washington Commanders, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the LPGA.
